For the production of the roof blinds, aluminum strips of various colors made in Switzerland are used.
Using an automated line, the lamella profile is formed, the holes are milled and cut to size. The software allows you to specify all the necessary data for processing the workpiece according to the technical specifications. At the output we get a ready basis for further operations.
After that, the blinds are assembled and adjusted from the finished slats using special equipment.
Pergolas with rotating aluminum slats are well-deservedly popular, protecting from the sun, rain and even snow and providing natural ventilation.
The B&G company has developed its own mechanism for thermal protection of pergola slats from sunlight, which has no analogues in the world.
The innovative solution was the use of a thermal bridge made of polyamide between the upper and lower surfaces inside the slat.
Analyzing the numerous feedback from our customers, we came to the conclusion that we need a high-quality new product. And in 2020 we created a new lamella with a thermal bridge. The slat with a thermal bridge was developed by our company and patented in Ukraine for a period of 10 years.
