Window series AFD - 80
The high-quality window and door system AFD-80 from the B&G group company, which meets current and future requirements, is made from environmentally friendly materials: aluminum profiles produced at a Polish plant, thermal bridges from the famous German company and Sigenia fittings made in Germany. The design has a service life of not less than 50 years old.
There are design options depending on the requirements for saving thermal energy: i or Hi, and two options for sashes: 45 mm window and 68 mm reinforced (balcony).

AFD-80 is an aluminum window system that uses materials with excellent thermal insulation properties. The advantage of AFD-80 is also the high strength of the profiles, which ensures the production of heavy and large-sized windows.
Properties that affect the functionality and aesthetics of windows made in the AFD-80 system:
- wide thermal bridges of a new configuration (40mm), providing the possibility of using an additional
seal in the profile insulation area
- the central sealing gasket perfectly seals and thermally insulates the space between the sash and the frame
- the range of profiles guarantees the required structural strength
- can be painted in all RAL colors.
- profile configuration is adapted for various types of perimeter fittings, including hidden hinges
- a wide range of glazing options makes it possible to use all existing types of glass, including double- chamber, noise-proof or burglary-proof double-glazed windows,

- Mounting depth of frame profile - 80 mm
- Door sash profile width - 88.4 mm
- Wide thermal bridges of the new 40mm configuration
- Profile wall thickness is not less than 2 mm
- Air permeability: class 4, PN-EN 12207:2001
- Water resistance: class E 1500, PN-EN 12208:2001

- AFD-80 i from 0.89 W/m2K
- AFD-80 Hi from 0.72 W/m2K
