Operating principle.

The conservatory awning type 820 is installed as an outdoor sunshade. The awning 820 works according to the counter tension principle. The tension element is the tension belt. Optimum tensioning of the canvas is achieved by pre-tensioning the spring mechanism.

Pipe.

The pipe(Ø78 x 1) is a galvanized aluminum tube with a groove.

Guide nipples.

Made of extruded aluminum, with bottom mounting slot.

The single rail has dimensions 62 X 55mm (W x H),

double rail 98 X 55mm (W X H).

Cable channel.

The round extruded three-piece cable channel measures 235 x 148mm. Aluminum sidewalls on the ends of the channel. For width 4500-5090 mm the cable channel is supported at one point by an intermediate support, 5100-5490 mm the channel is supported at one point by an intermediate support and a holder is placed on top of the cable channel, over 5500 mm the cable channel is supported at two points by intermediate supports and holders are placed on top.

Drive.

Motor integrated in the pipe, 230 volts, 50 Hz, integrated motor shut-off device when the preset torque is exceeded in the retracting and extending direction. The motor is automatically switched off in the upper and lower end positions.

Front profile.
