External blinds curtains with cable guide E80 S1

They are most in demand in small openings; they can significantly reduce air conditioning costs or eliminate them altogether.

How everything works

	1. Cable channel. Bent cable channels of various shapes made of aluminum sheet 1.5 - 2 mm thick, or steel sheet 0.5 mm thick with zinc-aluminum coating. Color – any according to the Ral scale (except for signal and pearlescent shades).
	2. Mounting bracket (Yoke). Bent steel strip 4 mm thick with zinc coating. It is possible to paint in any color according to the Ral scale (except for signal and pearlescent shades).
	3. Cornice/Pipe. The cornice is made of an aluminum profile with increased rigidity for reliable placement and fastening of the external blind drive and pulling mechanisms.
	4. Lifting thread. Width 6 mm, and tensile strength 1000 N. Resistant to atmospheric influences.
	5. Lamelas. Lamella width 80 mm, with rolled rib (for rigidity) Thickness 0.45 mm.
	6. Fair lead. (type S1) Fair leads (made of corrosion-resistant steel in a synthetic sheath) ensure free movement of the lamellas under significant temperature changes. When using fair leads, the maximum height of the blinds is 3 m.
	7. Guide slider. (type F1) Guide sliders ensure free movement of the lamellas during sudden temperature changes. When using guide sliders, the maximum width of the external blinds is 5 m.
	8. Bottom bar. The lower lamella is made of aluminum with synthetic side plugs and a guide nipple.
Electric drive (E80)	9. Management. External blinds use electric drives, articulated handles and gearboxes from the German company Geiger. Motor 230 Volt, protection class IP 54, it is possible to use one motor for several external blinds. The drive can be controlled using buttons, remote controls, and special programmable control units.
Manual control (C80)	It is possible to use a manual drive through an articulated handle, transmission links and a gearbox (type C80 F1).
