External blinds E80 F1 QM (Quick Fit)

The external blind is supplied complete with the cable channel, making it much easier to mount it on brackets attached to the window in convenient locations. This is possible due to the high rigidity of the extruded aluminum cable channel. It is especially relevant for transom-post facades, when mounting is possible only on the posts, which are often at a spacing greater than the maximum permissible distance between the locks supporting even the aluminum cornice

Order service

	1. QM box. Extruded aluminum profile, increased rigidity, powder coated in RAL K7 color.
	2. Additional lamella to the QM box. Extruded aluminum profile, increased rigidity, powder coated in RAL K7 color.
	3. Cornice/Pipe. The cornice is made of aluminum profile with increased rigidity for reliable fastening of the drive and pulling mechanisms. We use only aluminum cornice; it is more expensive than steel, but only it ensures the correct and durable operation of the mechanisms.
	4. Lifting thread. Width 6 mm, and tensile strength 1000 N. Resistant to atmospheric influences.
	5. Lamelas. Lamella width 80 mm, with rolled rib (for rigidity) Thickness 0.45 mm.
	6. Guide nipple. The guide nipple is reinforced polyamide and is resistant to UV rays.
	7. Guide slider. Guide slider - solid-drawn aluminum profile with inserts to reduce noise and ensure better sliding, painted in RAL color. type F1 type F2 type F3
	8. Bottom bar. The lower lamella is made of solid drawn aluminum, painted in RAL color with side caps and a guide nipple made of reinforced polyamide, UV resistant.
Electric drive (E80)	9. Control. External blinds use electric drives, articulated handles and gearboxes from the German company Geiger or electric drives from Somfy. Motor 230 Volt, protection class IP 54, it is possible to use one motor for several blinds. The drive can be controlled using buttons, remote controls, special programmable control units or a mobile phone.
Manual control (C80)	It is possible to use a manual drive through an articulated handle, transmission links and a gearbox (type C80 F1).
